Manufacturers are focusing on smaller, more ergonomic scopes, improved reprocessing techniques for infection prevention, and hybrid systems that combine multiple diagnostic functions. The shift toward disposable endoscopes in specific procedures further enhances safety by eliminating cross-contamination risks.
